This Privacy Policy explains how Torza’s Golf (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit our facility, purchase our products (including Billy Bucks, baskets, League Passes, packages/memberships, and other options), or use our website and connected services (including the Range Star app and Toptracer technology).

By using our services, you agree to this Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

Information you provide

  • Contact details (name, email, phone, mailing address)

  • Account information (login credentials if you create an account)

  • Purchase details (items bought, amounts loaded, perks selected)

  • Payment information (processed by our payment processor; we don’t store full card numbers)

  • Event/league registrations and waivers

  • Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, interactions)

  • In-facility system data (e.g., Toptracer session stats associated with your bay/account where applicable)

  • Shipping and email service providers (delivery/engagement status)

  • Range Star app and similar integrations (account identifiers, balance loads, redemption activity)

  • Marketing/analytics partners (aggregated audience and campaign metrics)

  • Provide and operate our services (process orders, load Billy Bucks/perks, manage memberships and leagues)

  • Account management (create and maintain your account; authenticate you)

We share information only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers: payment processing, POS, shipping, email/SMS, analytics, customer support, IT/security

  • App/technology partners: Range Star (account loads, credentialing), Toptracer (session functionality and stats)

  • Operational partners: leagues/events administration, prize fulfillment, and similar logistics

  • Legal & safety: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, property, or safety

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (your data remains protected under this Policy or a successor policy)

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some analytics/advertising tools may be considered a “share” under certain state laws; see Your privacy choices below.

Marketing opt-out

  • You can opt out of promotional emails by using the “unsubscribe” link or contacting us. For SMS, reply STOP or follow message instructions.

Access, correction, deletion

  • Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us to submit a request. We may need to verify your identity.

Opt-out of “sale”/“share” (state laws like CA/CO/CT, etc.)

  • If analytics/ads cookies are considered a “share,” you may opt out by adjusting cookie preferences and/or contacting us. We honor applicable state requirements.

Do Not Track

  • We currently do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

9) Third-party services

Our website and services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Range Star, Toptracer, payment processors, Clover/POS, email tools). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

10) International visitors

Our services are primarily operated in the United States. If you access them from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. where laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to our website with the updated Effective Date. We encourage you to review the Policy periodically.
