Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

This policy covers all Torza’s Golf purchases, including Billy Bucks (physical & digital), basket purchases, League Passes, packages/memberships, events, contests, and any other options sold by Torza’s Golf.

 

1) Before Fulfillment/Activation

  • Full refund to the original payment method if you contact us before:

    • A physical item ships, or

    • Funds/perks/benefits are added or activated on your account (Range Star or otherwise), or

    • An event/league/package start date begins.

2) Billy Bucks

Physical Cards

  • Unopened/unused cards may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refund issued after we receive the card in resalable condition.

  • Shipping is non-refundable; return postage is your responsibility.

  • Activated, scratched, or used cards are not refundable.

Digital/Account-Loaded Billy Bucks (Range Star)

  • Once funds/perks are added to your account or any portion is used, the purchase is non-refundable.

  • If no shipping address is provided at checkout, we assume Range Star usage and will add funds/perks to your existing account or create one using your order details (you’ll receive credentials within 2 business days if a new account is created).

3) Basket Purchases (Single Buckets/At-Dispenser Sales)

  • Used buckets are non-refundable.

  • If a technical issue prevents redemption at our dispenser or bay, we will re-issue credit or refund—please notify staff same day.

4) Packages & Memberships (e.g., Players, PGA, Masters, Caddy Shack)

  • Before the start date/first activation: full refund.

  • After activation/start: non-refundable.

  • No proration or partial refunds for unused days, bad weather, maintenance closures, or personal scheduling conflicts.

  • Memberships are non-transferable, unless we approve in writing.

5) Leagues, Events, Contests & Fundraisers

  • Before the published start date/time: full refund on request.

  • After the start time: non-refundable.

  • If Torza’s Golf cancels or materially reschedules, you may choose a refund or transfer to a comparable date/event.

6) Our Error, Damage, or Technical Issues

  • If we ship the wrong item, load the wrong amount, or your card arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days. We’ll correct, replace, or refund.

  • For app/account issues (e.g., credit not appearing), contact us within 7 days; we’ll verify and resolve with a credit or refund.

7) Non-Refundable Situations (All Products)

  • Incorrect/incomplete addresses, postal or weather delays, lost/stolen cards, used/activated items, missed events, or force majeure (events beyond our control).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8) How to Request a Refund

Email us with your order number, name, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.

Notes:

  • We may ask for proof of purchase and ID to protect your account.

  • This policy applies to purchases made directly from Torza’s Golf and is subject to applicable law and any posted product-specific terms at checkout.
