Processing time

• Physical Billy Bucks cards ship within 2 business days of purchase (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Address accuracy

• We ship to the address you provide. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your details at checkout.

Carrier & weather delays

• Once your order is with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. We are not responsible for postal or weather-related delays.

If no shipping address is provided

• We’ll assume you intend to use the Range Star app at the ball dispenser instead of a physical card.

• Your purchased amount and any included Billy Bucks perks will be added to your existing account on file, or we’ll create a new account using your order details.

• If a new account is created, you’ll receive an email with your credentials within 2 business days.
